Over the course of the last half-decade, Whooden/Studios has worked on various editorial projects for i-D magazine. The relationship began with the celebration of World Cup Soccer, featuring talent from The Society Model Management. Top models: Alisa Ahmann, Anya Lyagoshina, Caroline Trentini, Catherine McNeil, Cora Emmanuel, Josephine Le Tutour, Lindsey Wixon, Manuela Frey, Natalie Westling, Pauline Hoarau, & Tao Okamoto show us how it’s done in celebration of the Fifa World Cup in Brazil. One of our favorite projects to date – “Lucky Thirteen” – follows Maddie Ziegler on the brink of teenage-dom, on her 13^th birthday. The freestyle dance film tracks her through a day in her hometown, as she tackles coming of age issues. The film is narrated by Chloë Sevigny reading from Dear Diary by Leslie Arfin.
